One day maybe like 20 years ago it was a pretty good hotel, but not now

Breakfast was ok but too expensive. 50SAR for 2 eggs and 2 breads?

The main is that everything was very old. The towels with holes, bedsheets are used bad, all things in bathroom working bad. The magnet key was not working so they changed the room for me. Very bad quality.

the staff were helpful.

the staff were helpful.they didn't give a rough time about the keys cards. I kept forgetting them in the car and the room though, I returned them all.

The room rug has stains on it , it wasn't clean.

Very Good Corniche Option in Jeddah

Location just great at the Corniche start. Nearby restaurant options. Clean. Attentive staff. Breakfast served in room only was good.

It's worth it

Old facilities, carpet and furniture. Building designe not good. No outside view from the windows. Short car park Excellent staff, good internet, excellent location and access. Good value for money.

The location was good. Staff also in reception and concierge were good. Room service was good too.

Phone was off. I asked for repair since I checked in until I left with no response. Bathroom setup was in a conflict with the qeblah direction.

1 night stay in Issham Hotel.

Close proximity with Corniche. Clean & Well maintained. Quick Check-in. Well decorated spacious rooms & excellent ambience, not lesser than a 5 star.

Very limited breakfast menu. Half day should be extended upto 12hours. Currently its just 7 hours (i.e. upto 9pm) which is not fair.

A nice experience overall with pleasant gym & I ignore the goof up they did with the toiletries.

The gym was great. The location of the hotel was close to the Red sea so enjoyed the view after a brief walk on the Corniche. Regards

Didnt like the toiletries kept complimentary in the bathroom. The shaving set was miserable & the body lotion was actually stinking, so didnt use it at all. Also we were 2 adults & a kid aged 7 yrs so they could have kept 3 dental kits (tooth brushes) but only one was kept & not replaced the next day too. I stayed there for 2 nights but got toiletries for a night's stay too

It is close to the sea

The bathtub was designed to fit kids only and they forget about adults. I am not that big but couldn't fit in it and taking a shower was a pain. Also, the room had a window which had no value because already shaded and the lighting in the room was poor and the overall the room was not the comfortable

Location and staff

The furniture and carpets (where available) are too old and needs to be replaced asap. They say that an open buffet breakfast is available but only few choices are there which is less than average. The windows are not sound proof, your hear the noise from compressors outside the hotel all day long and not to mention the loud AC inside the room. When it comes to cleanliness, it is another story. The carpet and the chairs were full of old & new stains. I asked a replacement for the chair which was in my room but what i got was nearly with the same spot of what was there. It is way below ordinary 3 stars hotel & the rate is too high for what they are offering.
